Good Experience Would Stay Here Again
We stayed in this hotel for six days and it was a good exprience. The staff was accomodating and friendly. We stayed in a studio and the room looked pretty much as represented on the website virtual tour. We did have a small problem with seeing a few tiny roaches near the sink area but I guess that can happen anywhere that has a kitchen in the room. We reported it and the problem was corrected immediately and we had no further problems. The restaurant on premises was nice and the food was good. Being able to walk right out of the back of the hotel and onto the beach was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will go back next year and probably upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite, which we were allowed to look at for future consideration.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Book your activities early, some tours or activities only happen once a week. The activity desk personnel was very knowledgeable about happening about town. Rent a car because taxi’s can be quite expensive.

Great Value in Family friendly environment
We stayed in 2BR unit and it was huge. We travelled with 2 kids and were happy with service. Reasonable grocery store and restaurants compared to other islands. Very friendly staff.
You should rent a car- driving is as easy as driving in small suburb. Kids didn’t like the beach at the hotel as it was more like a lake than a beach (ripples rather than waves). We stayed mostly on Mullet Bay to avoid nude seniors.

Lotsa bang for the buck
Got a huge suite, nice views with two patios, clean, well appointed, full kitchen. A/C was cold, hot shower eventually warmed up. About a dozen cable channels. Two small pools are OK, the back is right behind you. The location is OK, but expect some street noise; walking distance to casinos, shops, little food store, bars. Friendly staff and a free cocktail party make this worth recommending; good value.
Traveler's tip on dining
Los Gauchos restaurant down the road had the best steak I’ve had in years. Go on a Thursday nite and get free Cha Cha/Meringue lessons!

Nice place, good location pleasantly surprised
This hotel was quite a nice place to stay convenient to almost all restaurants, bars and casinos in Simpson Bay, just a short walk. It sits on the beach with restaurants and bars there for convenience. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. There were only a few things that should be looked at. The furniture in the lobby needs updating as well as the curtains in our room should be replaced, they are quite worn out. Also the hot water did not remain hot once the cold water was turned on. Also the recycled water used to flush the toilets blackens the bowl overnight, all and all, I would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
If you like good food and drinks and a good night life, simpson bay is the place to be.
